What we collect

We only ask for what is required to complete your order: the item or equipment you need sourced, a shipping name and address, and a way to reach you (such as a Telegram handle or email address). We do not require accounts, identity documents, or KYC of any kind.

What we don't keep

We do not retain your personal information after your order is complete. Once an order is delivered and closed, the details needed to fulfill it are no longer kept. We do not build customer profiles, and we do not keep order histories tied to your identity.

What we never do

• We never sell your information to anyone.
• We never share your information with third parties, except the seller that needs your shipping details to deliver your order.
• We never use your information for advertising or marketing lists.
• We never require identity verification or personal documents.

Payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency. We do not collect or store bank details, card numbers, or other traditional financial information.

Communications

We communicate through Telegram, email, or your dedicated order page. These conversations exist to complete your order and provide updates. If you contact us with a question, we use your message only to respond to it.

The service

CoinRunner is a private purchasing and procurement service for crypto-native individuals and businesses. You send us a product link or sourcing request, we provide a fixed quote covering the product, shipping, and our service fee, and once you approve and pay, we purchase the item on your behalf and have it shipped to your address.

Quotes and payment

• Quotes are fixed once approved. The price you approve is the price you pay.
• There is no minimum order amount. Our service fee is 8% of the product price plus shipping, with a $50 minimum.
• Service fees are non-refundable if an order is canceled or returned, including change-of-mind returns and seller-accepted returns or refunds.
• Payment is due in a supported cryptocurrency before we place your order. Cryptocurrency payments are final once sent.
• You are responsible for sending payment to the correct address on the correct network. Funds sent incorrectly cannot be recovered.

Order review

Every request is reviewed before we accept it. We may decline any request at our discretion, including products we cannot reliably purchase or deliver, and anything illegal, restricted, or prohibited by the seller.

What we don't purchase

We do not purchase the following under any circumstances:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or weapon parts and accessories
• Medications, pharmaceuticals, or prescription products
• Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Any other illicit or illegal goods

We reserve the right to deny any order if we find that illicit or illegal goods are attempting to be purchased.

Acceptable use

• You may not use CoinRunner to purchase illegal goods.
• You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or to evade sanctions or export controls.
• You are responsible for ensuring the products you order are legal to receive in your location, including any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Referral program

Participation in our referral program is subject to the rules published on the referral program page, which may be updated from time to time.

Business and LLC formation assistance

CoinRunner may, upon request, assist with private LLC or business formation introductions, referrals, or coordination. This assistance is optional and separate from procurement. CoinRunner is not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered agent, and does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. Formation, filing, ownership, ongoing maintenance, and all legal obligations of any company remain solely your responsibility.

CoinRunner acts as a purchasing agent. We buy products from third-party companies and private sellers on your behalf, and those sellers manufacture, stock, and ship the products. Because of that, there are things outside our control:

• Seller and product issues. We are not liable for product defects, quality issues, inaccurate seller listings, counterfeit goods sold by a third party, or manufacturer warranty claims. Where a seller offers a warranty or return process, we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.
• Shipping and delivery. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, customs holds, seizure by authorities, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address you provided.
• Cryptocurrency volatility. Quotes are calculated at the time they are issued. We are not liable for changes in cryptocurrency value before or after your payment.
• Incorrect payment details. We are not liable for funds sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network by the customer.
• Third-party platforms and sellers.We are not responsible for seller policies, stockouts, cancellations, pricing errors on the seller's site, account bans, or any dispute between you and a third-party seller beyond reasonable assistance where the seller's process allows.

Business formation, LLCs, and company setup

If CoinRunner assists with, refers, or coordinates private LLC setup, anonymous company formation, or related business setup services, the following applies:

• CoinRunner is not responsible for the legal validity, tax treatment, or ongoing compliance of any LLC, corporation, or other entity you form or operate.
• CoinRunner is not responsible for legal action, investigations, fines, penalties, lawsuits, claims, or government enforcement related to your LLC, company, officers, members, beneficial owners, or business activities.
• CoinRunner is not responsible for filings, annual reports, registered agent fees, taxes, licenses, permits, banking relationships, or any requirement to maintain good standing in any jurisdiction.
• CoinRunner does not guarantee anonymity, privacy outcomes, bank account approval, payment processing approval, or any particular business result.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction where your company is formed, operates, or has customers, including tax, corporate, AML, sanctions, and consumer laws.
• Any third-party formation provider, attorney, accountant, or registered agent engaged in connection with setup is independent of CoinRunner. Their acts and omissions are not CoinRunner's responsibility.

Your legal compliance

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that products you request are legal to purchase, possess, import, and use in your location.
• You are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and any clearance requirements in your country.
• You are solely responsible for any tax reporting or tax obligations arising from your purchases, crypto payments, or business activities.
• CoinRunner is not responsible for how you use purchased goods, or for any legal consequences of that use.

No advice; no professional relationship

Nothing on this site, in our communications, quotes, or related to LLC or business setup is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. CoinRunner does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship with you. You should consult your own qualified professionals before forming a company or making decisions with legal or tax consequences.

Website and information accuracy

We strive to keep information on this site accurate, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free. Descriptions of products, availability, timelines, and fees may change. Only a confirmed quote and subsequent order confirmation control the terms of a specific purchase.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uninterrupted Telegram or email availability, or that every request can be fulfilled. We may refuse, delay, or cancel service where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary for legal, operational, or risk reasons.

Limitation of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinRunner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or costs of substitute goods or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. CoinRunner's total liability for any claim arising from an order, quote, communication, LLC or business assistance, or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid CoinRunner for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim. If you paid no fee for a particular service, CoinRunner's liability for that service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoinRunner and its owners, agents, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your orders, your LLC or business activities, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Force majeure

CoinRunner is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government action, network or blockchain outages, payment network failures, carrier failures, or seller closures.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date at the top reflects the latest revision.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, contact your agent right away and we will work with you to return it. We coordinate the return with the seller on your behalf and see the process through to a replacement or refund wherever the seller's policies allow.

How it works

• Reach out through Telegram, email, or your order page as soon as you notice the damage. Photos of the item and packaging help speed things up.
• We contact the seller, open the return or claim, and handle the back-and-forth for you.
• Once the seller accepts the return, you'll receive a replacement or a refund, depending on what the seller offers and what you prefer.

Things to keep in mind

• Refund and return windows are set by the seller, so report issues promptly.
• Refunds are issued once the seller completes their process. Outcomes depend on the seller's policies, but we advocate for you at every step.
• Change-of-mind returns depend entirely on the seller's return policy. Ask your agent before ordering if you think you might need one.
• CoinRunner's service fee is non-refundable if an order is canceled or returned for any reason. Any refund from the seller covers the product and shipping amounts the seller returns; our service fee is retained.
• We do not accept packages on behalf of customers. Returns ship directly from you to the seller, never to CoinRunner.

CoinRunner's referral program allows members to earn rewards by referring new customers. Participation requires approval and adherence to the rules outlined below.

Eligibility and enrollment

• Membership is by approval only. Contact us on Telegram to request a referral account.
• Each member receives a unique referral code and shareable link to share with potential customers.
• Referral codes cannot be shared between members or transferred.

Qualifying referrals

A referral qualifies for payment when all of the following conditions are met:

• The customer is new to CoinRunner and has not previously placed an order.
• The customer uses the member's referral link or provides the referral code before payment for their first order.
• The order meets CoinRunner's minimum purchase requirements and is paid in full.
• The order is purchased, delivered, and not canceled, refunded, or disputed.

Referral codes cannot be applied after a customer has paid. Orders that are canceled, refunded, unpaid, disputed, or determined to be fraudulent do not qualify.

Payments

• Qualifying referrals earn a $50 reward, paid in USDC or USDT as selected by the member.
• Referral members are paid within 2 weeks of order delivery.
• Before payment, CoinRunner will confirm the cryptocurrency, wallet address, and network with the member.
• Members are responsible for providing accurate wallet details. Payments sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks cannot be recovered.

Prohibited conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals or referring your own orders.
• Creating duplicate or fake customer accounts to generate referrals.
• Using multiple referral codes for the same customer.
• Claiming to represent CoinRunner, or making promises on behalf of CoinRunner regarding pricing, approvals, delivery dates, product availability, or refunds.
• Using spam, misleading advertising, or dishonest promotional methods to generate referrals.
• Any other form of fraud, abuse, or manipulation intended to circumvent program rules.

Right to reject and terminate

CoinRunner reserves the right to reject any referral, withhold payment, or close a referral account at any time if fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these terms is suspected. This includes but is not limited to:

• Evidence of self-referrals or collusion with customers.
• Patterns suggesting duplicate or fictitious customer accounts.
• Misrepresentation of CoinRunner's services or policies.
• Use of misleading, deceptive, or spammy promotional tactics.
• Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the program.

Decisions to reject referrals or terminate accounts are final and at CoinRunner's sole discretion. No payment is owed for rejected or disqualified referrals.

Program changes

CoinRunner may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Changes to reward amounts, qualifying criteria, or program rules will be published on the referral program page. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
